INGLEWOOD, California — Donnie Nietes has world championship and another win but it was his sparring partner Brian Viloria who got a bigger purse money despite losing in separate fight in the “Superfly 2” card Saturday night at The Forum here.

Nietes took a paycheck worth $40,000 in his impressive seventh round knockout win over Carlos Reveco.

He retain his IBF flyweight title to make his US debut impressive.

Viloria failed to get another world title belt after absorbing a unanimous decision lost to unbeaten Ukraine-based Azerbaijani Artem Dalakian in their blooded 12-round clash for the vacant WBA flyweight title in the undercard.

But Viloria received a better $50,000 prize money in his contract.
