After beating Pagara, Juarez demands Donaire rematch


Mexican fighter Cesar Juarez registered an impressive victory over the erstwhile undefeated Albert Pagara, and afterwards set his sights on avenging one of the more painful defeats in his career.

Juarez overcame a first-round knockdown, wore down Pagara with his aggression, and eventually dropped the Filipino fighter just 15 seconds into the eighth round with a series of unanswered punches.

The win snapped a two-match losing streak for Juarez, the first of which came against Nonito Donaire in December 2015. In that match, Juarez showed remarkable will, powering through an early barrage from Donaire and winning the second half of the match.
